What are LED neon signs made of?
Our LED neon signs are made from proprietary PVC molding technology, and are mounted on high quality acrylic as backing.
What if it breaks in shipping?
With the utmost attention to detail and packaging design revisions, we’ve nailed down a packaging process to reduce our breakage rate to 2%. If your neon art arrives broken however, we’ll ship you a brand new product, or issue you a full refund. Your choice.
How do I install it?
Installation is a breeze. All you must do is put a screw/nail in the pre-drilled holes in the acrylic backing, or hang the included chain with a screw/nail. From there, plug the sign into a wall outlet, flip it on, and watch the faces of your friends as they stare in admiration.
Please note - **If you're not comfortable with drilling/screwing holes to a wall, we recommend Command Strips as an alternative. You can find them here or at any local store.
p>How long do our neon signs last?
The lifetime of our neon signs last minimun of 30,000 hours. That is the equivalent to 10 years if you turn on the neon sign for 10 hours per day. Normally if there is a problem it's usually the transformer that fails, however these are replaceable items and we can supply replacements if necessary if outside the warranty period.
Does it require any maintenance?
Not at all. Our signs are environmentally friendly and maintenance free.
Warranty
We offer a 12 month guarantee on material and workmanship on all of our neon signs. However, this does not extend to any damage that may occur as a result of incorrect installation or physical damage usage.
What are the colors available?
We have a total of 9 colours - Pink, Light Green, Light Blue, Purple, Red, Yellow, Orange and White!
How much does a custom sign cost?
Our custom made neon signs are at $165USD. Sign costs varies depending on size and design complexity. Use the custom product page to get a price or email our team at support@thatsartinc.com
How long does it take?
Our team of artists work as fast as they can but sometimes we are very busy, we aim to get your hand-drawn portrait out to you in 7-10 days.

Maybe instructions for the options on the remote, it took us a while to figure out how to stop the blinking….felt silly after we figured it out LOL.
